Ms. Kimber provides a service as an independent external investigator.
She is skilled at bringing to completion complex internal investigations in challenging situations. Matters investigated include protected disclosures, bullying and harassment complaints, breaches of codes of governance, internal grievances, standards in public office investigations.
She has successfully completed investigations on behalf of public bodies, semi- state organisations, educational institutions and other state actors.
For Solicitors:
Ms. Kimber will represent your client in complex cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court as well as statutory tribunals. She provides tactical advice and strategic overview at all stages of the litigation process. Ms. Kimber specialises in employment law advocacy and will help reduce exposure for your clients. She is available to be involved at all stages, including helping with initial advices to clients.

For Individuals:
Through Direct Professional Access, it is possible to instruct Ms. Kimber directly in non-contentious matters, without having to engage the services of a solicitor.
However, if you wish to hire Ms. Kimber to represent you in litigation, you must first engage a solicitor, and the solicitor will arrange a meeting with Ms. Kimber on your behalf.
Ms. Kimber’s fees will usually be based on a brief fee for the overall, and fees for additional pieces of work as they are undertaken or an hourly rate but in some circumstances, a fixed fee may be agreed in advance.
